Eventually I took off my cordskins and now I'm just practicing packing my headphones more systematically. The only real problem with them is that they add a lot of weight to the headphones. Good idea and ingenious use for attaching straws, but the benefit of keeping them tangle free is outweighed by the weight of the skins. Ironically, they seem incredibly light when held in your hands, but they do have a noticeable effect on the weight of the buds. I'm sure that sooner or later the industry will start making even lighter and more flexible materials and when Cordskins moves to these materials of the future I think the product will be perfect. As a side note, I found them a bit overpriced, but that aspect doesn't count toward my star rating.
