I really like that we are able to have complete control over our ad sets, including where they go as well as how much is spent in each location across all channels within an account. The fact that it's constantly updating ads means you never know what will be displayed next so there is always something new or different happening which can get quite tiring! This system has allowed us have more of an impactful presence online than ever before without having to spend money continuously. We're also getting leads from organic searches because people aren't even aware we exist with this great advertising solution! It isn't perfect but when things do not work out, we're open minded enough about their suggestions/changes to make sure every outcome was worth trying. If there were any issues along the way (which sometimes happens) then we would look into them again if needed. There are no immediate negatives at.
