Don't buy this unless you plan to buy new pivot pins. Just spend the extra $10 on a Mercury/Quicksilver tool. This tool is manufactured to poor tolerances and will not properly fit Mercruiser pintle studs. Look at the image that shows how different the profile is between this tool and the real Mercury tool. It was a bit worn (from a single use!), but it's still clear it was never the right size to start with. The boat shop guys laughed when they saw that. It's garbage.
