I want AT LEAST a partial refund, mainly because I'm so sick of things not fitting properly and things that come from China just take away all the quality and ease of use, love the fit and everything, I just hate Amazon's return policy that I have to drive over 50 miles to the nearest property so it's not worth returning. I've tried everything to put the screw in and I don't want to take it off, so I think I'm stuck on the semi-flexible chair. 🙃😡*Edit IMPORTANT: They sent me a new chair and it's much better, doesn't squeak, feels good and everything is nice! I'm glad the company is maintaining their quality and customer service.
