I have personally seen several competitor puzzle boards and they look cheap. This one is done and looking good enough I would have no problem leaving it idle when the company came over. I bought this for my mum who loves collecting jigsaw puzzles...would make a great gift. This item also has two sides without a border, which is very important if you want to keep the finished puzzle intact. The drawers are nice and roomy for parts. They are well suited to open and close easily. Customer service was exceptional. There was a problem and they fixed it immediately by fixing the situation. One of the best 3rd party providers I've dealt with at Revain, period. Pros: gift, competitive price compared to similar products, big but maneuverable, solid workmanship, finished wood looks great, two edges have no siding specially designed for removing finished puzzles. , and excellent customer service should an unforeseen problem arise. Cons: None yet, will update if anything changes.
