Review on 🪵 roro Acacia Wood Utensil Holder and Crock (7-Inch) by Lauren Allen

I'm a carpenter. I built our 8ft dining table, a small closet for my husband and our double bed. So I know the tree and understand what it means to be proud of your work. When I received the utensil holder made of acacia wood, I was thrilled. It's beautiful, durable and looks great in my kitchen. Everything was perfect until installation. The bottom is not flat and wobbles like an unstable table. Getting something to lay flat on the table isn't that difficult. You grind it, put it on the table, and if it moves, you grind it until it stops moving. This reminds me of what can happen when you buy a mass product. In mass production there is no pride in the work, it's just a template that sometimes fails and you have to tune the machine. I will not send it back. It's a beautiful thing and I have the tools to solve this problem. But if I see something I like about Revain again and realize it's from this company, I'll pass it on. Over time my woodworking skills will improve and I will be proud to do these things myself.
