Imagine I have a very strong spring allergy. You can't stop pollen, although experts say you should vacuum, change regularly after leaving the house, and shower after leaving the house. I've tried them all but the spring season is miserable for me. I bought a Honeywell air purifier with little hope to be honest. I want to say that I regret not having bought this product sooner. It was a game changer - it significantly reduced allergy symptoms (sneezing, watery eyes, itchy eyes, sinus pressure). For full disclosure, I want you to know that I also took a daily dose of loratidine (but I took loratidine before I got the air purifier and still had a miserable couple of days). This air purifier worked for me and I'm sure other spring allergy sufferers like me will benefit from it. It is very easy to install and comes with filter kits. As already mentioned, there are 3 settings. At the lowest level, the noise is almost inaudible. It can be said that it is almost silent. At higher settings, you may hear fan-like noises. It brings some air and can also be used as a fan in the summer months. It doesn't smell like chemicals at all. I am very happy with this purchase!
