The sound was good but the earphones were too big for my ears (I have big ears so if you have a short person tall stature they don't fit ) but I got over it after wearing it a few times. With daily use everything was fine until after 2 months the right earphone made no noise, the left earphone worked perfectly. Which is strange because all the information on the web about resetting usually says there is no sound in the left earbud. Sound can be heard normally in the left earbud, but there is no sound at all in the right earbud. If there's a reset that I couldn't find information about, I'd appreciate it.
