I got this net for a 2017 Jeep Gramd Cherokee. I keep my 2 dogs in the back seat and have a hammock. The only problem with the hammock is that it blocks the vents in the back seat so my pups take longer to cool off. So I unzipped the hammock and added this net. One of my dogs kept trying to climb over the hammock and didn't even try to climb over the net. This allows air from the vents to get to them and they are more comfortable. I installed mine on the inside headrest bars and there was a small hole in the bottom seat rail frame and it works great. This does not affect the movement of my seat in any way. I didn't stretch it all the way either, so there's plenty of wiggle room if your car is larger. I would recommend.
