The disappointment is complete, the product is not at all what I imagined.
We ordered a phone through market from the supplier amazon. We took the order, at home, when setting up the phone, we found out that the SIM card is not supported in our country. In consultation with a specialist over the phone, it was decided to go back to the amazon point of sale. We looked on the spot, indeed the factory setting does not allow us to recognize our SIM cards. Fortunately, they changed me to another phone of the same brand, which was already checked by the store. Be careful and check items such as a phone in the store right away.
