Where do I start? This venting tool got my Insta pan to release steam while cooking, it doesn't build any pressure at all and thereby ruins so many dishes. I'm not a rich person and throwing away food means we go nights without dinner! Technically we should get a refund. I have a steady income and ruining 4 out of 5 meals is very frustrating. I don't have money to buy more food. I am returning the products that I gave to someone else and there will be the same problem. So if you could refund me the money I would be very grateful! If you need spoiled food, I'll get it for you!
