I am a very advanced home and staff cook. I take all my kitchen items, tools, utensils, knives, serving items and other accessories very seriously and when I test and review these items I am very critical and selective in my evaluation. Exceptionally good. Well made and very solid in construction, the design is also aesthetic and attractive. White is excellent for those of us who are overly critical of the art of engraving. Taste starts with the eyes, then the nose and finally your taste. To make food appealing and inviting, white serveware is best, where the food colors show up and are not overshadowed by brightly colored plates or bowls. Bowls with vegetables, potatoes and similar items. Another use is in ceramic bowls for mixing acidic foods like tomatoes with other foods for cooking or serving. When foods like tomatoes are blended in stainless steel bowls, they can sometimes take on a metallic tint to the taste. which can affect the taste. The use of ceramics is convenient for mixing all dishes to get the right taste. These bowls are easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Suitable for microwave. I am very satisfied with this bowl set. Combines with all of our other white sets and allows me to create colorful presentations that will bring tears to my taste buds!
