Product worked mediocre at best for six weeks and then died. I think handheld massager manufacturers let these products work for a short time so you can get some benefit from them, and then they die right after the return window closes. I used my massager every day for 30 minutes for 15 minutes at a time, allowing a 20 minute cool down between each 15 minute use and as I said its use was mediocre at best. It's not particularly strong, it's heavy and bulky, and the heads dig into the skin, so I had to use it headless. I definitely don't recommend this massager to anyone, don't waste your money.
