These colored pencils are the best! I highly recommend bribing a friend to help you as you will need some pressure to get the color right. We also used a small piece of cardboard behind the thread to be colored which made the process a lot easier. I was trying to get the most out of the color so I was lazy and didn't wash my hair for 3 days and the colors were so beautiful! It didn't bleed all over my pillow or clothes and looked even better on days 2 and 3 because the colors blended better over time. When I washed my hair on the third day, there was still some color left (I didn't try very hard to get it out), so if that's a problem, you might not live in the mud of your dyed hair as long as I did.
