I bought this bag after spending $2,000 on a firefighter uniform and insignia so I was looking for a decent budget option. Overall I am satisfied with this bag. The "Wally Lock" function is useful and definitely prevents hangers from tearing the top part of the bag and clothes from falling into the bag. Two large outside pockets with slits accommodate a shoe bag and other accessories very easily. This durable and stain-resistant material has withstood dozens of Honor Guard deployments, including multiple inspections at airport baggage claim, with no damage or noticeable wear. Velcro handles are large enough to comfortably fit any hand size. I bought a separate hook to hang my bag on the door and it works great. In fact, the only downside I've found about this bag is that it doesn't open fully at the top (the zip is stopped at the top by a Wally zip). This means you have to spend extra time carefully loading the clothes into the bag from the left side, which isn't a big deal, but it would be more convenient if the bag opened further to the right. All in all a great bag at a great price.
