It's okay, but not great.

Bought several colors but I don't like Prosecco best. It is beautiful but has a black tint and dirty look. It's rough to the touch (due to the glitter) and doesn't smooth out well with any of my electric nail files. I bought it for Christmas and it works, but I would have preferred others! Although the color is beautiful
