several times a week for several weeks. In general the directions are clear for use on dry clean skin but I'd rather not dry off after a shower and then use this and then rinse again. However, it is so moisturizing and feels great on the skin and will definitely make your body look healthy and clean. Doesn't stick very well to the skin so it can be difficult to apply the product without spilling something on the floor, but the sea salt exfoliates and nourishes and the smell is quite pungent. Reminds me of a mix of beach and laundry detergent. I absolutely love this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a personal care product!
