My dog didn't like it
I didn't know vegetables had hidden benefits, but my dog certainly did. She will eat the same flavors without the veggies, so there should be some flavor left for the dogs to figure out. The dog we bought it for is a 15 year old Jack Russell who had a lot of teeth pulled and needed soft food. She hardly tasted it even though she ate other soft foods. I'm sure it's nutritious, but at least my dog didn't appreciate the hidden benefits. The barn cats, however, were willing to ignore the vegetables.
