It really has very little memory, although I understood that in advance. However, all other expectations were not justified. One of the product images shows a child standing on a stool. However, I don't want my kids to stand on it and fear it will fail. The top is a plastic material resting on top of another plastic material that is not stable or in place. The ottoman was difficult to assemble as the ottoman doesn't want to be molded in the position it needs to be molded in to be what it is. After a long struggle with the ottoman, I managed to give it a cylindrical shape, but again, it's not strong enough to hold a child. I wouldn't use it as a storage container either as it's too heavy to take off and put back on this item. This ottoman can hold a few things, a light baby can sit (again, not stand) on it. , and makes a decent little toy for kids. Overall I would not recommend this. It doesn't fulfill its main function very well or what it describes and does. I don't expect it to last even a few months. Unfortunately, when it comes to what is described and what you actually get, it just doesn't work.
