pendants are smaller than I thought but still cute. The necklace was only 14 inches. I thought I read 16 inches in descriptions somewhere, who knows, I've looked at a lot. Suitable for a very graceful girl. I bought this for my 8 year old niece and had to wear the charms on a longer necklace. She is by no means a big girl. But 14 inches is pretty short. If you want the recipient to wear it for years, they will need a larger necklace.
