I wasn't sure at first as the price was very high. However, after every leg and back workout, I ended up going for something like this because I didn't want to spend a lot of money. IT WAS THE BEST INVESTMENT I HAVE MADE. I liked and very convenient product. This product comes with four different message headers that you can change as needed. I've seen more expensive products like this but I find they all do the same job so you don't have to spend more money. So I would recommend this product to anyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money on a personal muscle massage gun.
