It took me a while but I figured it out and it's nice but probably won't work for what I need it for. I can barely hear people on my new phone even with the volume turned all the way up. I thought this would solve the problem, but the voices are distorted, like you're speaking with stones in your mouth, and the person on the other end gets a lot of feedback. The volume is quite low. Under no circumstances will you listen to music in another room. Descriptions include instructions and videos. WHERE? It would be very nice if there were instructions on how to do this. How do you know if it's on, in bluetooth mode, paired, charged, etc.? I plugged it in but I'm having strange noises and I have no idea what's going on. I do NOT recommend. I'll probably go back. Cute doesn't cost $25 :( UPDATE: The seller provided instructions via email, which I appreciate. However, the instructions did not contribute to the distorted audio or feedback on the other end. Great seller, not a great one product .
