I was hosting my daughter's birthday party so I was looking for something for the background. Went to Jo-Ann but the fabric was very expensive and I didn't want to invest that much in a backdrop that isn't used that often. I found this and thought I'd give it a try. The fabric is very soft with shiny sequins. These pleats were easily made when the curtain was hung on the back stand. I covered it with tinsel fringes, it gave a stunning look. The backdrop was a hit thanks to the stunning photos that came out of the beautiful and shiny fabric.
