As a result of using this product, i found that it didn't deliver on its promise of preventing static discharge .The elastic band kept slipping off my shoe, which is unacceptable considering the risks involved in handling hazardous materials. The product may work in some situations, but it fell short in my experience. It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't work and endangers my safety..
