I bought this belt after a long search. The previous harness I received had no spring bars or instructions. I had to return it. This is the best watch strap I've ever had! It's lightweight yet durable. Comes with instructions and spring bars. The exchange took only a few minutes and is very convenient. If you have a wider wrist or want more room, this strap is for you. It is easily adjustable and very comfortable. It has velcro straps on almost the entire band, not just the ends, making it easy to find a comfortable fit. I liked it so much that I bought a second one to keep as a backup. It's hard to believe what great quality you get for such a low price. I bought from two different sellers, the second one, Watchbandland, had better packaging and offered more help with the product. Highly recommend this group especially if you are looking for a larger group, your search is over.
