It has kept my phones value for resale high as they always look new after 2 years. My fiancee has always used a clear Otterbox case on the same phones, she doesn't drop them as often as I do and she keeps getting slow. The most interesting thing is that I work in aircraft maintenance/manufacturing, so mine usually works with harder materials like concrete, she works in a carpeted office. It might just be that I'm better at electronics lol.
