I bought 3 of these for 3 new Samsung Tab A tablets that we got for Christmas. I applied following the online video instructions and it was great! Air bubbles appeared upon application, but within 24 hours they said they were gone. The 1st application on one of the tablets was crooked (user error) so I unplugged it and tried again, everything worked fine but then I noticed a small speck of dust. I emailed the manufacturer (as requested) instead of using Revain and they immediately sent me a new one (free - FREE) to try again. It arrived in 3 days. The customer service was great, the screen works fantastic and the quality is perfect! I have glass on all 3 tablets and then I bought the same brand for our phones. These are really fantastic cases and they work as they should! They are easy to apply - so no water or mess is required and you can use them straight away after installation. It does not distort color or images and fits on all covers! Highly recommended for many reasons!
