Worked great on a 2007 RAV4 Limited. screwdriver and pliers. I sanded the glue off the chip and adjusted it to fit the notch in the new key, I made it so tight I didn't even need glue. The grommet is like new, it goes over the buttons (from the inside) and under the electronics module, small recessed squares face the module, protruding squares face the buttons. I used the back cover from an old broken key because it has a Toyota logo on it and snapped straight into place. I took it to the fully assembled ace gear and they carved a key based on our remaining good key, everything was fine. The total cost is less than $10. Can't comment on durability and strength as we just received it.
