Review on Sony WI-SP600N Premium Waterproof Bluetooth Wireless Extra Bass Sports In-Ear 6 Hr Of Playback Headphones/Microphone (Yellow) by Tyler Born

I received these as a gift from an elderly relative and unfortunately they stopped working on the third use. They were meant to be used in the gym but I haven't had a chance to use them there. When I tried to contact customer service, their customer service representative informed me that they do not offer telephone customer service and that only 'chat' support is available. Unfortunately, the CHAT representative was unable to offer anything that would not be immediately obvious to any adult who has a pulse. Sony refuses to repair or replace headphones, so I'm stuck with unused, non-working Sony headphones. Check out other reviews and tell me you don't see a pattern.
