Look shiny but matte
Generally a good palette. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that many of the colors in the palette appear to have a shimmer but are actually very, very matte when applied. Even if you just run your finger across it, there's almost no shine. However, the colors are beautiful, they are well pigmented and don't flake, and they blend fairly well. I'm looking for a real shimmer palette but this isn't it.
