I work as an XRay tech in a busy surgical office - we wear polo shirts & scrub pants for our uniforms. This shirt is great. it has a very Flattering fit & soft, breathable fabric. I am 5'4" & 150lbs and generally order a medium for a semi-fitted look - not to tight or to loose. This fits perfect on me. I love that it is a smooth athletic moisture wicking fabric that keeps cool when I am moving around a lot. It is kind of a tunic fit so a little flared at the hem which keeps it nice and loose around my abdomen without looking sloppy big. It washes well with no shrinking, fading or warping - it is also very wrinkle free, can sit in the basket for a day or two and still be wrinkle free. Great brand.
