I bought the extended headphones to listen to TV and let my husband sleep peacefully. The headphones have a built-in volume control, making this setting very handy for watching TV and controlling the sound. It comes with a 12 foot coiled spring cord. The sound control is top notch - crystal clear and crisp! Silicone ear tips are very convenient - there are 3 nozzle sizes to choose from in the kit. The cable clip is very useful as I attach the extra cable to the pad. The price is very affordable. WOW. Customer Service @ ChangGeek. what can I say. UNBELIEVABLE! My headphones stopped working on one side after 6 months of daily use. Headphones are guaranteed for 1 year. I contacted ChanGeek via email and was pleasantly surprised to learn that the email was written the same day. I was warned that a new pair would be arriving in a week. You cannot ask for better service - I would highly recommend the product and excellent customer service. Thank you CHANGI!
