I have used a mains powered, aerated paddle brush for many years. I love how it glides effortlessly through wet, tangled hair. And won't make your kids scream when you brush their messy hair. The problem with this brush was that it ALWAYS broke and had to either be glued and glued and glued or disassembled and bought new. I never found a brush I loved until I came across Janeke's Super Brush. The first and most important thing that struck me about this brush is its durability. It's definitely a solid, no-frills brush. Don't worry, it'll break if some idiot doesn't run over it with his car. Okay, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but it's a really strong brush. If you've used a mains powered brush, you'll understand my obsession with the durability of that brush. It's certainly a fantastic detangler. I definitely recommend this brush!
