I like how it has an excellent customer service team who are always willing to help when you need them most! Nothing so far but their support desk could be more efficient in some areas (like being able fix issues without having people go through several steps).

The best thing about ribosome was its ability for my business partners from different countries around Europe work remotely via our own software which gives us full control over each other's files or documents at any time we want - no matter where they live now :).
