M1 Macbook Air case consists of two parts. Part of the screen fits snugly, but the bottom has tighter tolerances that prevent the clips from properly snapping onto the Macbook Air. Normally the Macbook Air is fine and doesn't get hot when in use. However, along with the case, the Macbook Air heats up so quickly that it gets very hot. I would love it if the case became a heatsink extension to dissipate the heat generated, but instead it became an insulator so all the heat stays on the Macbook Air. If you don't want to feel warm under your Macbook Air this is a decent sleeve while your hands and palms will be warm from a hot Macbook Air.
