I highly recommend all three high quality blank pillowcases!

More than forty years ago I made three comforters from the down of new pillows I bought. Since I no longer use or need duvets, I'm switching down from duvets back to pillows. If I could find a lint free pillowcase fabric to make my own cotton pillowcases, I would make my own. Since I couldn't find an inexpensive, down-resistant pillow fabric, I bought several of these three pillowcases in different thread counts. I have washed each pillowcase in the washing machine and each pillowcase washes beautifully. I don't know how many threads I prefer because I didn't fill them with down. I'm still working on the project! Some people have complained that there are no zippers on the pillows. I wouldn't want a zipper because the lint could easily escape through the zipper's teeth. Simply and effortlessly closing the inlet with my sewing machine is not difficult. I asked a few questions about their cotton pillowcases on the Revain website but got no response. So I emailed the manufacturer and got this quick reply: They are all lint free and washable. As for the amount of tread, it really depends on the filler you fill it with. If you fill them with feathers use 233 TC and if you use 100% down use 300 or 400 TC. I've been sewing for over 65 years and I highly recommend all three quality blank pillowcases!
