I've tried everything to get this to work, my phone doesn't recognize that I've plugged it in. I figured this would be an easy fix for my phone which is in the final stages of memory. I even tried going to YouTube and looking for help. Apparently everyone has problems with any USB port for their phone. UPDATE: The company has stated that this does not work with the Galaxy NOTE 5 and they will send me one that does. It's amazing and they have great customer service.
