Better than expected
I've been trying to talk myself into a pair of steampunk goggles for a few years now, but didn't have a real reason to get them. I'm in a theater company and our show for this season is a sci-fi spoof. My character (a radio actor) is playing a mad scientist, and I wanted something better than the standard gag "coke bottle" glasses or the bug-eye goggles. And I finally had a reason to invest in a pair. I love the blue lenses and the magnifying glasses. They fit very comfortably and are easily adjustable. I've seen comparable pairs that are higher, so I feel like I got my money's worth.
