Review on Princess Monaco Teapot Blooming by Teabloom by Ben Walls

Update: I finally decided to return it. Great little pot, but I ended up wanting a slightly larger one. I decided to buy a Buckingham Palace kettle from the same company. The capacity is a few hundred ml larger and I found I liked the look more. The ceramic soaking insert is also unpainted. I don't want to lower my rating as this is still a great pot. If I needed two, I would leave it. And I still highly recommend it. I had one like this many years ago when I was living abroad. I don't know why it took me so long to think about getting it again. I use an old sun tea jar that holds the amount I like but pours like hell when it's hot. I finally had the brilliant idea of buying such a heatable pot and decided on this model because of its size and its robust appearance. It arrived very quickly and I got to work straight away. It's smaller than I thought it would be, but seems to hold almost as much as my old sun tea jar, so it fits me. I often leave some tea for the whole day, and now I can easily warm it with a candle. Besides, it's just beautiful to look at. Runs great, doesn't splatter. The handle is ergonomic and very salable. In general it is well designed. I can't speak for the loose tea insert as I haven't tried it yet. My doubt is that they drew it with the same pattern as the pen. To be honest, I'd rather not soak the paint in tea. I want them to skip that part. I think you can try loops. One of their other models has a ceramic insert that is unpainted. This is really my only complaint about this product. Other than that, it's a beautiful eye-catcher that will provide me with endless pots of warm tea.
