Colorful toy suitable for teethers

This colorful toy clicks when its two halves rotate in the middle. It looks like it can be difficult to clean if submerged in water. One should have a hole for the water to come out while the other shouldn't. It looks like a fun toy and kids will love it. It also stutters a bit. I didn't care about the packaging as it certainly wasn't a worthy gift. In general, I think this is a normal toy.
