Review on Ultimate Comfort On-The-Go: Forceatt'S Highly Elastic, Waterproof Sleeping Pad For Camping, Hiking, And Backpacking! by Firman Harrington

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Amazing. Better than air mattress.

Up front, I like a firm mattress. My wife and I tried two different $80 2' thick air mattresses. They failed. Both slowly lost air over the course of a few hours which had me waking up with a sore. EVERYTHING around 4 am.This sleeping pad holds air and is comfortable. How much air? Well I toped it off about 2 weeks ago and it is still comfortable after sleeping on it every night for a month! How comfortable? I feel no pressure spots while sleeping and I weigh 280 lbs.I only feel the ground when I put all my weight on a single spot, like when I place a hand to support myself from a standing position to a laying position. The counter point is my back and chest is a little stiff, my feet (obviously) don't hang off. Using this is about 80% as good as sleeping on my Purple mattress is. Final comment; I will bring this will me on every camping trip I go on for the rest of my life (barring an improvement, not likely).

Pros
  • Didn't expect much from this but it's a total game changer when you are camping
Cons
  • The sleeping pad is heavy and bulky, making it difficult to carry on long hikes or backpacking trips
