I've always had a bad knee, it's like a crunch, pop and pop in the knee. I tried other knee pads but they either didn't fit or didn't support my knee. I'm not a little guy and finding the right braces is almost impossible. I took a chance with this knee pad, compared to other more expensive knee pads I didn't think it could be that good. I have to say I was shocked and very happy that it fit my knee and really supports my knee. No kidding it felt like a new knee, even passed the stair test and it was perfect! One of the previous complaints was that there are no instructions, well they took care of that and I put it on wrong before reading the instructions. By the way, I can wear jeans over it and I have enough space for a knee orthosis. This is in line with the advertisement for the design and materials used.
