Review on Camco Vinyl Insert Inhibitors Extended RV Parts & Accessories by Adam Ross

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great decorative cover, easy to use.

I purchased a 1" x 100 foot vinyl insert. The material is exactly as advertised. It's flexible and works well. And it has a nice full color texture. Pros: The price is amazing considering the that for about $11 I was able to replace all of the decorative covers on my 24" fifth wheel. The sides are soft and pliable enough to be hidden under the fairing. Easy to apply. Cons: This is a product I love still can't say anything negative. Rating: I use the product at an average of 70 to 80° which seems to make the material very supple. I was able to fit the cutouts into the grooves and move forward very quickly. I was able to seat in read the entire RV trim My 5th wheel has trim on top, sides, sides of corners and bottom As well as the attic and 5th wheel, the ones with trim iron are covered. I have more than enough left over to cover whatever I need. It was so easy to apply that I was often moving at two or three feet per minute. A NOTICE. This does not apply to the rubber trim that goes around your windows, so you can see that it is not designed for this product. This product is not waterproof. So please remember that this is an external finish to cover the screws. it doesn't mean it's a bad product. Because rubber is usually not placed in this area either. It appears to be very color stable after sitting in the summer sun and not fading for two months. I was renovating and had to shorten the trim. This helps keep moisture away from the screws, so it's important to keep them in place if you have exposed screws anywhere. I highly recommend this product. So much so that I've bought myself an extra roll if I ever turn down a charity. The color matched my original 1987 fifth wheel.
