First, the product really works once you figure out how to open it to put the batteries in. The problem started when I followed the company's instructions to no avail. It means holding the item with both hands and squeezing the tabs with your fingers to open it. Good luck with it. Then I went to the claimed YouTube video and it didn't help as the guy basically hides his hands and doesn't address him. I myself have come up with a much easier and safer way, which is to place the product on a hard surface, take a butter knife and just press any tab that pops up immediately, usually only one tab is needed. Customer service took 3 days to answer voicemail (always takes about 2 minutes), apologized on my voicemail and told me to email. It was 7 days ago. No answer even though I gave them a better alternative to using their product. One would think they would at least have answered. Very poor.
