Item arrived in a reasonable time and looked exactly like the picture. I install Christmas lights so I've been installing them for many years and I know what to expect. I had to buy from this company this year because our regular company ran out of flashlights. These bulbs didn't last very long, some broke and some worked for maybe an hour and then stopped working and I've had quite a few recalls. Some glowed bright white and then just burst. They are claimed to last 3,000 hours but many of them have barely lasted 3 hours. Maybe I came across an inferior batch, but the quality does not correspond to reality. They have some rust on the bottom of the pistons, although they are said to have a nickel-plated bottom to prevent corrosion. I have 12 boxes left of the 20 I ordered and now have to pay $15 to restock. I was told I exited the return window even though the remaining boxes had not been touched or moved since receiving them. I was also told that I should have contacted Revain about this, not the seller (Revain told me so). I feel like I didn't give this information before.
