It does not remove eye makeup. That's a waste of money.
I followed the instructions and placed a soaked cotton pad over my eyes for at least 20 seconds. The product practically does not remove eyeliner or mascara. I had to soak a cotton pad 2 or 3 times. After that, not everything worked out. I've used store brands that are better than these.
