I read many reviews and did a lot of research before purchasing this toaster. I love it. The toaster itself looks very attractive and modern. Works like clockwork. I've read reviews complaining about how long it takes to make toast. I learned years ago that poor quality toasters tend to toast very quickly, browning the outside but not heating through the bread itself. When I started buying higher quality toasters, I found that toasting took a little longer. This is because they were toasted more slowly and at a lower temperature, which fully reheated the bread rather than just browning it on the outside. This toaster takes the same amount of time as the one it replaced as it was also a quality toaster. It toasts bread, bagels, waffles, etc. perfectly evenly. I love the reheat function, which allows you to warm up baked goods without further toasting them. The defrost function works as it should and very quickly. I appreciate the crumb trays that are in the front bottom. They are very easy to keep clean. If you get a little too deep in the toaster, simply pull the lever and your item will be lifted high enough that you don't have to catch it with a knife or fork. This toaster also comes with a two-year warranty, which is a nice change from the standard one-year offered on most products. I would recommend this toaster to anyone. There is nothing I would change about him or be dissatisfied with. Remember to follow the manufacturer's recommendations and run the toaster on full power two or three times before toasting.
