Updated Review - Less than 2 weeks later and it broke. Where the extension connects to the CD holder, it simply broke off. Initially I liked how small the lever was but after it broke after two weeks it needs more material in this section to create a stronger connection point. Initial Review - I bought this after using Anker's suggestions without much success. Your customer service has been fantastic, however the adhesive ball would not stay on my dash and the vent mount was great at first but eventually worked as did the adhesive mount. So. This was recommended to me as an alternative and I have to say I'm very happy with it. The CD player was only used once which gave it a new purpose. The mount is very strong, the phone is easy to turn on and off. If I had any criticism, I'd like the "arm" to be a bit longer as it's difficult to see the CD display even with the phone unplugged. I still listen to the local sports radio every now and then, so it's a bit annoying, but pretty minor.
