Upgrade! See my review of my original purchase below. After I submitted the review, the manufacturer contacted me via email and apologized. They offered to refund the money but I liked the straps so much that I asked for replacement buckles to be sent to me. The manufacturer reacted very quickly and sent me 3 new buckles. It's good customer service and for that reason I'm giving them 5 stars back. Buy one of these belts and you will never buy a belt with holes again. I will keep everyone posted as I was hoping they fixed their buckle issues. Finally, good customer service doesn't stop my pants if the buckle breaks! I bought one of these belts and I really liked it so I bought another one. In fact, I then bought two more for my friends as gifts and boasted that they loved them too. But then after wearing the belts for about 2 months, one day I went to remove the belt and the buckle fell off in my hand. The belt turns on either 2 bolts or a pin but whatever it is is gone and beyond repair. So I started wearing my second belt that I bought and after about two weeks it was doing the same. So my experience is that these belts are good for a short time but fall apart quickly. The manufacturer could not be reached.
