NOT GOLD OR HYPOALLERGENIC.
I went to my local pawn shop and checked this metal and it is NOT gold it is 925 sterling silver. I did an allergy test at my local asthma and allergist center and the only metal I tested positive for was nickel and as my ears were swollen and oozing pus and blood after 2 days of wearing them they are definitely not hypoallergenic or gold as indicated. Not recommended for people with sensitive ears.
